Review: I purchased a [redacted] dish washer & stove from Fernando Hernandez on October 23, 2013. I paid $260.00 + $35.00 installation for the dishwasher. Mr. Hernandez and another gentleman came to my investment property at [redacted], PA [redacted] to do the installation. Both my mother & father were there as witnesses. Mr. Hernandez installed the oven with no problem. He then stated that there was no electricity going to the dishwasher. He offered to fix it for more money. I advised him I will fix it and call him to finish the installation. On October 25, 2013 my uncle came to my property and advised me the electric was already connected it just had to be tightened. I then called Mr. Hernandez to come and complete the installation. It took him 5 days to return. When he finally returned he claimed there was now a plumbing issue and gave me a list of two parts that needed to be purchased. I asked him to stay because [redacted] was just down the street and I would be right back. He advised me he had somewhere to be. I went and purchased them that evening and called him right away to let him know. Mr. Hernandez gave me the run around until December 3, 2013. When he finally showed up to connect the dish washer it was giving him an error message and wouldn't work. The dish washer was also missing framing to screw it in place and was leaning to the right side. I told him I wanted that fixed as well. He claimed he knew what the error message "E3" meant and just needed to order a part. He told me the part would arrive in 5 days. I called on the 5th business day December 10, 2013 and Mr. Hernandez's son(who works at the appliance store) advised me the part wasn't in yet. I then waited another week and called back. Mr. Hernandez's son claims his father told him he fixed the dish washer already. Mr. Hernandez continues to lie & make broken promises. As of today he still has not fixed nor replaced the dishwasher.Desired Settlement: My tenants have deducted $75.00 from the November 2013, December 2013, January 2014 and February 2014 rent because my lease agreement clearly states a dish washer is included in the appliances supplied by the landlord. I would like my $295.00 back plus $300.00 loss of rent due to Mr. Hernandez's broken promises and never coming back to fix or replace the broken dish washer he sold me. I have had enough of his lies!!
