Good Afternoon, In regards to this complaint from Mr [redacted] , we at Hernandez Auto Sales have decided to move forward and just send his titleWe don't want to have any issues with anyone and customer service is our number one priority, the last thing we want is to get a bad review on something that can be easily taken care of but before we proceed on this, I also want to share our version of this incident because we don't want their to be any misunderstandings on thisMr [redacted] did indeed contact us a few months ago about his title and we refused to give it to him because our account still shows he has an open balance of $We went over all his money orders and it turned out that two of them were missingI explained to him that we were going to resolve this situation but it was going to take time since we had to try and see what ended up happening with those lost money ordersOur bank confirmed that they were not cashed by us so we had to send them to another company to be able to track it to see if they were ever cashed but since these money orders were from its taking longer than we expected, up till today we still haven't received an answer from themMr [redacted] took over a year to contact us for his title, only reason he did was because he sold the vehicle and the new buyers are asking for itWe explained the whole situation to him and he refused to work with us even though we had our reason to hold off on it but at this point we are just willing to take a loss on the remaining amount and just send his title to him to avoid this going any further and in regards to those $Mr [redacted] is claiming he over payed, unfortunately cant be given to him until this situation gets resolvedThose two missing money orders were of $each therefore making him $over payment but if those money orders were never cashed by us then we are not entitled to pay him those extra $he is claimingSo our decision is that we will send his mail via certify,if you can please confirm that the address he mentioned above it is the correct one we will gladly mail it out on MondayThank you!

We went over all his money orders and it turned out that two of them were missing. I explained to him that we were going to resolve this situation but it was going to take time since we had to try and see what ended up happening with those lost money orders. Our bank confirmed that they were not cashed by us so we had to send them to another company to be able to track it to see if they were ever cashed but since these money orders were from 2015 its taking longer than we expected, up till today we still haven't received an answer from them.
