Two separate inspectors have shown my roof to be damaged by their install
- My roof still needs a complete replacement
- My monitoring has been off since ~April and nobody at your company noticed
- My hardware is broken and I have no status to what is being done
- I am owed money for electric bill while solar has been broken
- I am owed money for future electric bills as I have not been banking during the summer months
- I am owed more panels because they under sized the installation
New Star Solar was the first company that came to my home to give me an estimate for a solar panel systemThey told me by my power consumption I needed panels, they verbally told me that, I never got a written proposalWe kept going tru the process because I believed this was a true company and they were getting me a good deal we communicate by e-mail, txt message and phone callsOne week before the installation was schedule I got a visit of a seller from a different companyHe offered me to get a proposalAt first I told him I was not interested because I was set up with New Star Solar but I decided to get his proposal to make sure New Star Solar was getting me a fair dealHe got my information and the next day he contacted me back saying that I only needed solar panels and New Star Solar was selling me way more than I need for my power consumptionHe asked me if I had their proposal to try to find out the reason they were selling me 70% more than I needed

New Star Solar has been wonderful to work withI normally do not speak with solicitors but when Austin approached me in my front yard there was something about him that made me take the time to talk with himI decided "what the heck" and set up an appointment for a sales person to contact meI then meet with MattHe was so nice He was very patient with me and my questions and he explained everything in a way that I could understandI felt he was being very honest with me and I'm sure as much as he wanted the sale (as most sales people do) he did not make me feel pressured at all to buy solar panelsBecause of Matt's non pressure sales approach I made the decision then and there to go for it and it has been a positive experience from start to finishEvery person I have worked with from New Star has been wonderfulIf you are looking for a solar company I would highly recommend New Star Solar
I feel Eric L*** has recanted on the bid, I called last night and the general manger responded to 8-30- my call to inform me the job had been cancled in June of 2017, by a phone message, witch I did not received ..Previously we have communicated by email...As far as I was concerned the job was ready to go only to find out , the work order had been cancelled I only found out after the phone call I had placed to NewStar solor
