Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Thank you Revdex.com for following through on my complaint regarding Mike K [redacted] and his event company called SeamlessOnce again this man runs "true to form" with his continuing liesHe completely avoids talking about his charging vendors for a selling-show booth space, which show he never did produceMany vendors were "burned", not just us just check with the [redacted] event mgrat the [redacted] ; the event staff there were initially the target of complaintsHe never did book the facilityThis individual is all "smoke and mirrors": He says he sent us a refund after our persistent chasing, he did send, ostensibly, a refund check which bounced, sky-high, as he plainly knows (costing us another $bank charge)He says that he has served a legal process against us, intimating libel and defamation completely untrue / news to us (reminder, MrK [redacted] libel and defamation only apply to things not true)Besides that, I doubt very much that he can afford an attorneyLet's see the greater Houston area Revdex.com shows other, separate complaints against K [redacted] / Seamless, all reading very much the same as our complaint, involving different "canceled " events, with no refunds coming back to vendorsThe Revdex.com rates his business as FWhat does that tell you? The only talent this person has is the shameful ability to live with himselfHe very obviously does not understand / believe in the retributive effect of the bad karma he generates Regards,

I have attended several of his Market Days and other Events in the Humble and Kingwood areasAlthough the events are fun and offer vendors like me an opportunity to showcase our products and services, I always hear the same thing from folks he does business with: he doesn't doesn't pay for work performed
He hired me under contract for some of his park events on weekends last yearWe had a contractI performed the work as requested, but when the weather was bad and we closed up early, I never got paid for a few events per our contractWe've requested payment over and over-even going to his "new office" after the old office in Town Center said he "moved without paying his rent and had several folks looking for money from him"He won't return calls, and I hear that there are a lot of folks customers and clients that are not being paid so he changed addressesThis just isn't a smart way to treat people
Now it looks like he's getting larger contracts with *** ** *** *** *** and others because he's good at putting on events and has an enormous email list of local folksHowever, people neglect to see that he's got bad ratings and a bad reputation in the Kingwood, Humble and now Houston areasHe could easily solve this by paying vendors and honoring customer's contractsHowever, he seems more interested in making more money and moving his business, than paying his past bills, working things out and moving forwardThis is my honest assessment

Let's see ...... the greater Houston area Revdex.com shows 9 other, separate complaints against K[redacted] / Seamless, all reading very much the same as our complaint, involving different "canceled " events, with no refunds coming back to vendors. The Revdex.com rates his business as F. What does that tell you? The only talent this person has is the shameful ability to live with himself. He very obviously does not understand / believe in the retributive effect of the bad karma he generates.

[redacted] cancelled off the event several weeks prior to the event and no refund was due persuant to our policies. Regardless, we issued a refund and we have filed suit against him in for statements made to several of our vendors and friends. We stopped payment on the original check at our...

attorney's advice. No further correspondence will be forthcoming as we are not able to comment further on pending litigation. Mr. Baumann has been served with process of the lawsuit and is merely lashing out.
