I am rejecting this response because: The response is inaccurate! *** *** with Hernandez paving is the one who told us what to do with the parking lot and how he was going to do the jobHe explained to us that he would direct the water to drain to the side and out the backHe did not grade the land to direct the water to flow to the side and out the back that he said he would doBecause he did not grade the land, the water pools in the cornerIt is even worse now, because they came with some piece of equipment that scraped a huge gully into the parking lot I assume that was their remedy for the water not draining, but now it is a trip hazard and a mud holeT The concrete slab and the construction on the mini storage units that we are using for our flea market was all completed before the parking was even startedThe land was bare dirt. We are not a paving company, we do not have the knowledge or the equipment to grade land or to design a parking lotThat is why we hired *** paving

I am rejecting this response because: The response is inaccurate! [redacted] with Hernandez  paving is the one who told us what to do with the parking lot and how he was going to do the job. He explained to us that he would direct the water to drain to the side and out the back. He did not grade the land to direct the water to flow to the side and out the back that he said he would do. Because he did not grade the land, the water pools in the corner.
