I am rejecting this response, We are now working with Mr and Mrs [redacted] attorneyShe has made multiple accusations that are not true which we have proved with the firm.We will now be contacting our attorney in this matter

To whom it may concern;I apologize but there will be no refund due from Hernandez Pools and Sons.When the contract was signed the depth of the pool was to be X 1/2- 6' and the depth was changed per home owners requestThe home owners were not charged for the change order.The Home owners
requested the Trampoline hole to be excavated that had nothing to do with us and we accommodated them also with no charge.During the spa building process, the home owners picked out their own stone, once we got to 80% stone work completed Mrs *** did not like the stone she picked out and requested the stone removed, We were responsible for paying the Masonry specialist to put it on and to take it off, that was not charged to the home ownersThe home owners also requested their spa raised that we did charge for.The raising of the spa totaled the home owners only paid 4,towards the work leaving a balance of 4,The customer paid there own cover through *** *** which totaled 4,We informed Mrs *** the difference she owed from the raised spa would be since she paid her own cover and we would be paying the landscaper invoice which totaled 4,041.39, she agreed.All proper steps to initiate successful concrete pour were taken as in all jobsWe could not foresee that the concrete from *** *** *** *** would crackWe immediately removed the concrete per home owners instruction and informed the homeowners we would order another box of tile to replace the tile that would need to be removed with the concrete removalthe labor that goes with the removal of all the concrete was not billed to the home owners, we paid the labor for the work that day.The home owner is now requesting travertine that is not on her contractFrancisco informed both home owners he would put the order in for them and not charge them for the labor but they would need to pay for their own material, they both agreed.We have followed the homeowners instruction all through out the project and accommodated many change orders, they both need to understand that change orders and new material that's added and not on the contract will delay a job for anyone.Their is no project end date on the contract due to the fact that the home owners changed their minds numerous times
