Attended this Business to get my personal taxes completed After taxes were completed electronically & being charged a substantial amount for the service I was informed I would be receiving a refund directly to my checking account withing a few weeks After or months of still waiting on my refund I contacted there office to inquire why this had not happened & received only a response that I should continue to waitAfter waiting a couple more weeks I reached out to them again & kept getting the same response, I asked them several times if there was anything else they could for me to help me trace if my taxes had been sent initially The person I spoke to assured me that there had been no issues & that IRS should have them During this time I reached out to IRS several times but was unable to get a hold of someoneAfter months of waiting for my refund and several more calls to this tax business giving me no feedback or help whatsoever I was able to get a hold of IRS & sp
