On 3/21/I ordered a sample of a skin cream from Skin Elements I did receive the sample but received no other product However a company called WEAR AND TEAR REPAIR has been deducting $from my bank account for 'delivery' of the product monthly I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT OTHER THAT THE SAMPLE Because I did not read the fine print on the computer regarding the monthly shipments, I feel that is my faultBut because I never reced any product I filed a fraud complaint with my bank (*** ** *** They initially credited me the full $but then WEAR AND TEAR REPAIR sent a large packet with alleged copies of *** tracking info, bogus copies of emails they claimed they sent with tracking info., etcAgain, I repeat, I never received any product except the sample Also, I have proof that I was no longer at the address they claim there was delivery to as I had all my mail forwarded as of 5/5/ They claimed delivery on 5/7/and 6/7/ IMPOSSIBLE
After arranging by phone to send to "Healthy Directions" a shipping payment for a sampler I'd requested of their special melatonin formula (which required me to pay approximately $for shipping--with which I had no problem) back in early September 2016, I was told that, when the product arrived, I should call & cancel any further service if I did not want to continue receiving merchandise & being charged paymentsI did this & was then told that everything was canceled & I didn't have to worry about any further transactions or chargesI assumed this was the end of itI was only able to afford the payment for the samplerEarly the following month, however, I suddenly discovered that $payments had been taken off my card, for which I could not accountI contacted my card company *** *** which sends me my monthly *** *** payments on my card that they issued to me) & was told that both payments had been taken by "Healthy Directions", from
I purchased two trial products from this company on a pop up website It was for a nominal fee and shipping fee for each product which amounted to less than $each NO WHERE on the page was the size amount of the product or the price of the product if you decided to purchase it there was a check box asking if you agreed to terms and None were clearly posted and if you were of age over In small print at bottom of page which I never even noticed or paid attention to, was the perfectly worded contracted by lawyers consent form that even my *** *** card company could not help me with IT states you agree to pay $for the skin element product and $for eye vibe, and if you do not return the product within fourteen days, you agree to the monthly purchase of these two items for the full price This is really infuriating IT is not clear and I disputed it with my credit card company who stated I had to call the merchant I did this and first spoke to a woman nam
