Dear Ms***,I received your notice of complaint on May 22, regarding the above reference case IDI have attached a copy of the original invoice, a copy of our return policy (available on our website and attached to every invoice), a copy of our email correspondence with the customer, and
the pictures taken upon receipt of the item being returned.The product that was sent out from our facility is packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag at the manufacturer's warehouseThe product was opened and therefore falls into the opened *** return policyThe returned product that we photographed contained numerous pet hairsWe emailed the customer and identified the reason the item was not eligible for a refund and included photosWe were never further contacted by the CuStomer.In light of your notification and as a gesture of good will we are willing to refund to the customer 50% of the purchase priceIf this is satisfactory to him please advise.Best regards,*** *** *** *** ***
