The cleaner from Hero Cleaning did a good job cleaning the floors; however he was extremely rude to the residents at the complex I, the property manager, was called to try and remediate the situation, however was yelled at and harassed When I asked the man not to return to the property, he said "yeah right, good luck with that." The man who owns this company is unprofessional and does not respect the people he is communicating with I would just like to warn future customers

I requested a quote and in the process of negotiating a cost for the services Duane attempted to insult me by saying "This isn't Mexico" . I think this type of statement is only derived from a predigest or racist person and will not do any business with them. Very unprofessional company.
