First and foremost none of our technicians receive any form of payment until service had been servedSecond of all Al is licensed and insured in statesThis particular customer ( Mr***) wrote a bad check without having available funds in the bankHe is not the home ownerHe resides with
his mother and she actually is the owner of the homeMr*** has performed stalker and sexual predator behaviors which made technicians uncomfortable around himHe is a total scammer and manipulator

Mrs *** I showed up at 1pm as we scheduledNobody answered your doorPlease call us to set up your time of serviceThanks

Mrs *** property was serviced a total of timesMrs *** had scheduled a time to meet me at the property but she never showed up claiming she had a swim meeting with her kidsTenants occupying the upstairs unit was given several notes on things that needed to be done apon returnNothing
mentioned was doneTenants REFUSED to get out of bed and remained sleep when they were scheduled for serviceNo technician will be held responsible because they DO NOT PHYSICALLY REMOVE TENANTS FROM BED!!! Each visit left behind thousands of dead roaches witnessed by tenants on the first floorAll tenants in the building personally stated that Mrs *** had a history of not showing up for business related to the well being of that buildingI have spoken to Mrs *** numerous times to meet and show her what needed to be done to resolve her problemShe consistently had excuses on why she couldn't show up Up stairs unit is severe hoarding to the point nobody can even walk around undisturbedAt this point I have done all that I can possibly do*** *** needs to take the condition of her building seriously and develop some type of communication with her tenantsIn visits I have yet to see Mrs *** face to face to walk thru the notes of problems in her buildingSo lets put this into numerical order and see who is to blameMrs *** never once walked thru property with technician in visitsMrs *** never made sure TO DO LISTS were done for any service appointmentsMrs*** tenants refused to get out the bed to service unit for bed bugsMrs *** tenants could not reach her to discuss issues technician discussed with themBecuase she refused to return they call.5.Mrs *** refused to make sure units were clear of unnecessary debri and clutter to effectively service unit as explained to her numerous times.Please let us know how any of this is the fault of Hero Exterminators!

In response to Mr Jenkins statement that we didnt have a contract: I have already provided proof that he cashed my check that stated "90day guarantee" in the notes section. We had a verbal agreement and the proof is in the cashing of the check. In regards to my tennants cooperation, I never recieved anything or was ever told that he would stop treating the property based on the tennants. All complaints he discussed with me were taken care of, I cant fix issues he never made me aware of. He has still not responded to the question of how I get my money back for service he didnt fufill.

official real company, he's a con and has no intentions of any resolutions.  HE'S operating FRAUDULENT
"Con"  BUSINESS.

a lie;. - attached is a copy of the check he cashed.
(IF
this were true, then I nor the [redacted] nor their Municipal Court would be pursuing
him for a refund.)
ALL
animal control co's expect payment the 1st day they come out. - He set a trap
(in the wrong place!), the 1st day he came here, and so he requested a  form
of payment as some service had been served.
Second of all Al is licensed and insured in 3 states. 
- Ask him to prove it, - show ANY documentation
to that effect. -
Not according to the [redacted], OR the
[redacted].. - There is NO registered business listed by that name or with
that owner.
(He's a fast talking con.)
This particular customer ( Mr. [redacted]) wrote a bad check without

 He is not the home owner. He resides with his mother and she

He doesn't know where  I live, which is totally irrelevant.
2nd. -
Most importantly, he's now guilty of committing fraud against an
elderly, which is a felony per the [redacted].!
Mr. [redacted] has performed stalker and sexual predator behaviors
which made technicians uncomfortable around him. He is a total scammer and
manipulator.  
This is
a lie; he's just trying to fight back by making false accusations in
desperation!. - Now he is guilty of liable slander!!
This is his act of
desperation!... grasping at an attempt tp deflect the attention and redirect it
back onto the victim here, me.
There were NO "technicians", - he has NO employees -  it's just
him!!
