I do not agree with what he saidYes we negotiated the price as that is done with all vehiclesI was with my son at the time and at no point the sales person mentioned a one year discount on parts and laborThey did try and sell us a warranty that cost almost as much as the car which we rejectedThe sales person lied to us about not having an issue with the engine light and gas cap as it started as soon as we started the engine to test drive the carAs for the engine overheating we suspected there was a problem but the car was barely driven until the emissions test where it has to idle for a half hour and the car boiled over onto the garage floorIf the dealer does not want to admit he sold a car with an emissions issue, fine, then he also has to deal with the State of WI as well

I looked into this deal on Monday and found out he negotiated the price down from $3,to $3,because of these issues and they were disclosed to him and he signed itWhen I asked him about this and why he would have signed it his response was he did not think it would cost this much
He also never complained about over heating issue which is strangeHe first called me on 11/6/and he purchased it on 9/25/and I am sure if this car would have overheated on the way home I would have hear from him on 9/25/We offer a discount on Parts and labor for one year on anything that goes through our shop and he never requested our help until nowThey are sold as is other than our discount. I have the discloser statement also I can fax over if you would like to see it. Thanks *** ***

We are basically waiting on different companies to go through the process which is frustrating for the customer and usSo what we did to alleviate the problem is we went ahead and mailed citizens a check for the amount needed to clear up this problemThey then will send us a check back
when gap company takes care of there businessThanks for letting us know of the problemHave a nice dayThanks again ***

this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not accept the business response for the following reasonsFirst the refund was not demandedFor months we attempted to get the warrantyAfter no success we went in one last timeAfter speaking with Mr*** and Bruce interupting telling us that it wasn't his problem and refused to offer anything at all, it wasn't until we said we would report the company, did we get an offer of the warranty from BruceWe were told they would not reimburse us for the cost paid on the vehicle that was covered under the warranty even though we paid for the warranty in February and it would have covered the costThen we were told it would not start for days just as Bruce stated in his response and that too is unacceptableSecondly the warranty was not financed it was paid in cash and Bruce was made aware of thisMy bank statement for February 29, shows a withdrawal of exactly $the amount John Gil told us we would need for a down payment and they only accept a cash payment so we couldn't use a check or debit cardWhen we showed up to physically pay for the vehicle John said the down payment would only need to be $and with tax, title and fee it would come out to $After telling us this he proceeded to tell us about the warranty and asked if we wanted to purchase it we said we only pulled out $and only had $left after the down paymentJohn said he was going to ask and see if they could give us the Warranty for $and not $He went to the back and came out a few minutes later and said that his boss said that was fineMy receipt number for my down payment is and the receipt for my warranty is one right after the other signed by John Gil, both in the same hand writing dated for 2/29/Despite all this proof we were still denied our warranty and disrespectedI want my money reimbursed as I feel the company broke any agreement that would be in place when that warranty was purchased by refusing to give it to us therefor a refund is in order
