On the day of this matter I had a spotter down at *** where Mr*** parked read the signs that clearly say *** pizza and a *** parking only he the walked across the street to biker *** and I was dispatched to remove his
vehicleI hooked to his vehicle then proceeded south on Larimer mr*** then made contact with me at 20th and Larimer I then told him I could do a off property drop but I would have to get out of the turning lane as to not block trafficWe proceeded block east and I told him it would cost for the hook and mileFor a off property drop as regulated by DoraI ran two of his cards both were declined and his friends as well I then told him he would have to call the number on the signs to make arrangements to pick up his vehicleMr*** and his father and several other people were there trying to intimidate me and another employeeThings did escalate when Mr *** was threatening me saying he was going to *** me in my *** dry cause I'm a *** and also trying to get me to come outside of the fence where he and several other people wereAfter he paid he was then told he could pull his vehicle out and that is when Mr *** then spit on me I then called the cops and Mr *** drove awayAfter the police came mr *** then returned to tell his side of the story he did admit to spitting on me and a full report was made no charges were filled at the time because one of the officers told me it would be a lost cause because he didn't actually spit in my mouth or eyesif Mr *** would have obeyed the signs none of this would have happened it is not my fault he chose to park there and not go into *** or ***If any more info is needed I can provide everything and witnesses as to all that happened that dayIt is not easy to deal with people in the privet parker business but I did obey all rules and regulations that Dora has set upon all tow truck companies

There was some truth covered in lies hereMr *** failed to admit that he was agitating the situation, his other "employee" after some investigation was his brotherThere were some "Daddy" comments made by Mr***, he failed to follow DORA policies the only reason he brought DORA up is that I have also filed a complaint with their PUC divisionThis guy is a criminal and instigator, I asked on separate occasions that he walk away while I dealt with his brotherHe got spat on because I finally lost it as he was playong the ever famous "nanny nanny boo boo, I got your money game" after I paid the impound releaseThe reason no charges were filed was because this "upstanding" business owner was going to also be charged with disorderly conduct for agitating the situation, which he did even while the police were at the site

I dont remember what vehicle that was exactly because we impounded a lot of vehicle's out of that lot especially that weekend but every car that was towed that day they we're watched by our spotter park and walk offWe would impound immediately and as always bring them straight to the yard
we have a valid contract with that propertyThats what they want us to do if we dont go out and work our contracts another towing company will easily take itwe have received several Revdex.com complaints over this property because its the fight for parking in that area not a lot of parking and too many businessesbut that's why people like me are in business We have been cleared of any violations from the state as do to the fact of having a valid contract tow tickets up to parapologize for cutting this short but dont have really anything els to say
