Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not accept the business response for the following reasonsFirst the refund was not demandedFor months we attempted to get the warrantyAfter no success we went in one last timeAfter speaking with Mr [redacted] and Bruce interupting telling us that it wasn't his problem and refused to offer anything at all, it wasn't until we said we would report the company, did we get an offer of the warranty from BruceWe were told they would not reimburse us for the cost paid on the vehicle that was covered under the warranty even though we paid for the warranty in February and it would have covered the costThen we were told it would not start for days just as Bruce stated in his response and that too is unacceptableSecondly the warranty was not financed it was paid in cash and Bruce was made aware of thisMy bank statement for February 29, shows a withdrawal of exactly $the amount John Gil told us we would need for a down payment and they only accept a cash payment so we couldn't use a check or debit cardWhen we showed up to physically pay for the vehicle John said the down payment would only need to be $and with tax, title and fee it would come out to $After telling us this he proceeded to tell us about the warranty and asked if we wanted to purchase it we said we only pulled out $and only had $left after the down paymentJohn said he was going to ask and see if they could give us the Warranty for $and not $He went to the back and came out a few minutes later and said that his boss said that was fineMy receipt number for my down payment is and the receipt for my warranty is one right after the other signed by John Gil, both in the same hand writing dated for 2/29/Despite all this proof we were still denied our warranty and disrespectedI want my money reimbursed as I feel the company broke any agreement that would be in place when that warranty was purchased by refusing to give it to us therefor a refund is in order Regards, Chassa [redacted]
