Review: We had placed a catering ordering to be delivered at 12:30pm on December [redacted] 2014. This was for a party for our building staff and their families. We started to call at 1:00pm, trying to locate the food, only to reach a voice messaging system telling us the mailbox was full - this went on until 2:10pm when we spoke to someone who told us the food left at 11:00am and due to traffic they were delayed but would get there shortly. At 3:00pm, all the guests left, without ever having any lunch because no food was delivered. At 3:30pm we received a telephone call from the driver stating they would be there within 30 minutes - we declined delivery because we no longer had any need to for the food.

I have called the establishment at least 12 times (and have the telephone bills to prove it), asking to speak to the [redacted] ([redacted]), leaving many messages - he is never available to talk to and refuses to return my telephone calls.

I am trying to determine if my credit card was charged - at this point I am unsure.Desired Settlement: At this point, my employees expected a holiday lunch and from all the grief and aggravation that Hero Boy has put us through - we now expect a complimentary lunch to make up for all the problems they have caused.
