I became a Contena member, despite some reservations about the business and also some financial challengesThis was my decision and I take responsibility for that
However, their ongoing response to my request to place the membership on hold for one month - which they agreed to - has moved on from frustrating to ridiculous
I was charged on 8/for my september serviceI requested a refund and a one month holdThey said they could not refund a transaction already in process (which is untrue, I am certain)I went ahead and agreed because they said they could hold it for the month of September (when I could not use it) and that I would not be charged in October
