Review: On January [redacted] I ordered a Leather race suit and gloves from this company. I paid in full the day of my order and after they received my money It was almost impossible to get ahold of them. turn around time for the products was 8-10 weeks. I received my suit on may [redacted] after much aggravation and countless emails and phone calls trying to reach them. It is now July [redacted] and I still do not have the gloves I paid for over 6 months ago. I have emailed, texted, and called [redacted] of Heroic and thats all he tells me is "they will ship later". He and the rest of the company have been absolutely terrible to deal with. At this point I do not even want the gloves. I do not wish to support this company at all.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund for the gloves I do not have. I told [redacted] this and he told me he cannot refund "used" apparel. This is understandable but my gloves are still in his possession. the cost of the gloves was $250.00 and I just want a refund and take my business elsewhere.
