August: The chairs where return however still damaged.Sept: The chairs were taken again for additional repairs plus a plastic covering -- for a package deal of 17 dollars all chairsNov: The chairs were return however still damaged and a charge of 102 dollars. Apparently, the sales person ([redacted]) was unclear of the charges (price was actually 17 dollars per chair). Informed by her husband/delivery man/business partner.Apr: The chairs were taken for additional repairs. As of August [redacted] 2013, the dining room chairs have not been return. After 100's of messages and several attempts of contract Heron Home Decor and countless of fail promise.Desired Settlement: Return the chairs, offer a refund, and a apology for the unprofessional-ism of your business.
