This business was notified within 48 hrs of recieving a $350 deposit that an apartment would no longer be rented. Per contract, a refund would be issued but was instead denied. The apartment was not available on date advertised online at time of application which was misleading.
Refund A full refund of holding fee amount of $350.00

I accept their response, because they have agreed to issue a full refund of the $350.00 holding fee. This satisfies my complaint.
