Review: We purchased a plan from this company through [redacted]. The seller did not respond to attempts to communicate and we had to get [redacted] involved before they replied to an email. After numerous attempts to get a replacement part we told them we just wanted our money back. We sent the plan back and they received/signed for it on 1-22-14. We have had no communication from this company and are still owed a refund. We escalated through [redacted] and they are not getting a response from this company either. They are listed on [redacted] as A[redacted] however I did a reverse look-up on their phone number and it belongs to Hero RC in Orange CA.Desired Settlement: We would like our purchase price back on this item plus the cost to ship it back. $21.80 for shipping and $101.47 for the plane.
