spoken to several different people here about what a model# 428 can do.  A Taylor Model# 428 is a shake machine capable of serving alcoholic drinks. What it can’t do is dispense soft serve product to blend alcohol with. I suggested a number of frozen drinks that he liked.  [redacted] is currently out of state and I will personally meet with him upon his return, he has my cell number.
