Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is now the end of April 2016, Herr's Painting has made zero attempt to contact me to fix the water spots they created almost a year ago inside my home. They've said they would fix the spots through the Revdex.com resolution process ( last December 2015) and have failed to fulfill their duty. I am not impressed with their business practices.Sincerely,*** ***

June 2015, after the owner of Herr's painting picked up his final check from my house he made no attempt to make contact nor fix the remaining water spots. I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service, the outside of my home looks great but they damaged the inside. I signed a contract for a dry media blast and they changed the scope of their work without my authorization and then assured me they would fix any water spots caused by them, that was months ago-I'm not impressed! Also, in regards to the contract they ended up charging me $14,to do the work using pressure washers rather than media-thats really expensive water in my opinion, it seems that using pressure washers I should have been charged much less money.Sincerely,*** ***

Sorry about the delay. We are a seasonal business. We start up Mid April (normal year). You were on our radar.

We told the owner that seeing some dry blasted homes down south the dry blast changed the texture of the wood. We will clean any remaining water spots.
