I have a XLR Maclaren stroller that was purchased last yearMy stroller is in great condition but the back breaks easily broke offI need the stroller to be fixed as soon as possibleThis stroller cost over $and has life time warrantyI am not able to get through to anyone at maclarenI've called and sent emails multiple timesI just want my stroller fixed please!!! Please help me resolve this issue at your earliest convenienceThank you

My stroller wheel brokeIt was not involved in an accident, just hit a bump in the sidewalkI contacted them to honor the warranty - the product is registered- and customer service said it had to have been an accident and failed to respond when I sent pictures and what not Also said that this was unprecedented, though lots of other complaints online, etc

A recall was issued for certain Maclaren strollers in by the U.SConsumer Product Safety Commission Children were getting the tips of their fingers cut (and sometimes cut off) in a dangerous hinge I did not realize I owned one of these unsafe strollers until just recently
I started contacting Maclaren on Sept 1, I contacted different phone numbers, emails and an online chat before hearing any response almost two weeks later Maclaren asked for information including a photo of the stroller, the UPC number from the bottom, and a copy of the purchase receipt I was able to supply the first two, but there is no way I have a receipt from nine years ago Maclaren will not send the necessary safety fix without that receipt They do offer the fix, but I'd have to pay $to get it
I am concerned Maclaren is not at all concerned about the safety of kids using these older strollers Don't they have an obligation to send the necessary safety fix if their product

I saw this business online and I purchased stroller and some of the accessories they do have unfortunately I made a payment 2x which is a total of usd , they told me they will reverse my payment in hours, I kept on contacting them they dont have a phone number on their site, the transactions was done last april 19, until I still dont have my payment back to me , in the other side lately they told me that they cant ship in outside US continental to where we are, me and my husband is working in *** *** here I am filing them because I am fed up of sending them emails and even sending them message at their ***

I was a victim of a fraudulant purchase, I spent several hours and emails trying to contact the company before finally hearing from themI returned the product to the that I received and have not heard back from themThey have no telephone access and only use online which is unresponsiveIt was a $dollar purchase which is tying up my credit card

I recently purchased a Maclaren *** stroller Good luck getting thru to someone who can help you I bought there stroller from one of there authorized dealers I can not get in touch with anyone at this company I called there number and they have moved to email service I emailed then plenty of times with my issue (the stroller that I purchased - the back support piece is to short for my son and half his head sticks out)I feel that it is very unsafe I emailed this company over times I have even tried calling there corporate office in ***It took this company 3days to reply to my email, when they did they did not even address my issue Instead they told me to get in touch with the company that I purchased there product from Horrible service all around I emailed them again explaining my problem again and no one has yet to reach out to me It is very sad to know that I have a stroller that can be harmful to my child and no one is willing to help me

I purchased a Maclaren Twin Triumph stroller from *** The stroller broke and the repair was covered under warrantyMaclaren sent me to an authorized repair shop to repair the strollerThe repair shop found other issues under warranty that needed to be repaired but Maclaren stopped responding and didn't send the repair parts covered under warrantyI contacted Maclaren directly to send the repair parts to the authorized repair shop - Maclaren confirmed that it was covered under warranty, sent me a UPS tracking number on July 5th, for the repair parts being sent, but never sent the repair partsBoth the repair shop and I have been trying to contact Maclaren since July and they do not respond to online chats, phone calls, or online ticketsThe parts were never shipped and the stroller cannot be used since the seat is broken

My stroller broke I called a number that no one answered and a recording told me to email I sent an email asking how to get my stroller repaired Several days later I was told to look on the website for a repair location The nearest one is listed in Mexico I wrote back and answered questions they had Its been weeks and I have sent emails and I have not heard back
