Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Some of ***'s comments are truthful but a lot isn't or I never heard what he is proclaimingI never intended on having my house leveled, he posted an add on Facebook about installing skirting which I believe he fully understood according to the proposal he wrote and signedHe never hauled off the trash which was stated on the proposalBut that's ok, I am going to wash my hands from his business and moral standards. You can close this case, because he did come finish putting the skirting onI will haul off or dispose of the trash myself
Regards,
*** ***

We (the *** family) hired *** *** (*** Handyman Service) to demo and replace our siding on our double wide trailer He charged us $to do the job The day he came and started the project and did not get finished with it the same day but requested to be paid and said that he would be here the next day to finish the job We have yet to see him and I have repeatedly texted and called him to come finish the job that he was paid to doHe keeps giving me a day and time that he will come and finish the job but never shows upI have kept the proposal for the job and the reciept that he gave me saying that we paid him in full The money that was paid to him came from our insurance company as they alloted that amount for the repairs on the skirting

To whom may concern:I [redacted] was hired by [redacted] on October 31, 2017. For the purpose of releveling his double wide mobile home, as well as to remove and dispose of old underskirting and new 1x6 pickets On November 18th my crew and I started the job Late that evening Mr. [redacted]...

informed me he had a job interview to attend and I told him no problem He asked me to build him an access door that he could use easily to access the underneath of the mobile home. I usually charge $150 for this type of add-on. I agreed to do it free of of charge due to the fact he had mentioned financial difficulties earlier that day. He also convinced me to buy a saw from him to help him out being short on cash in which I agree to. Before leaving for his job interview Mr. [redacted] paid me due to fact we would probably be finished before he returned. Which was fine with me. But due to the of building his access door I was 1x6 boards short on the under skirting. We were finishing up when he returned from his interview. I explain the situation to him. There were no hard feeling at the time I told him I had another job in the area coming up and when I came back that way I stop would by and finish the job for him. Due to the distance to his residence is out of town. He was okay with everything at the time we left. Then I get a text from him on November 25th, while I'm out of town for Thanksgiving stating "Guess we should not have paid you before you completed the job". I replied and I'm out of town I couldn't make it back that day. I told him it would be the following day November 26th. He made up excuses of why it had to be done that day. I also told him I did not need the saw I would have my crew pick up the money when they completed the job. He informed me he didn't have the money and wouldn't have it until the following Saturday. If not his wife wouldn't be home until Saturday November 26th for me to complete his job. I wasn't available on that particular day so I had my crew return and complete the job on that Saturday November 26th. To the best of my knowledge he was more than satisfied with the work I did. Until I received this letter from the Revdex.com.Thank you,Brandon [redacted]
