Received call from business (Angela) stating that we switch to a different superior product and I guess the consumer does not like it. We have tried several times to contact the consumer and can not get in touch with him. We have even spoke to wife and she said she we would have to talk...
with him. We are willing to come out and switch the material to what he wants. However, we can not do this, if he does not contact us.
