Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have asked for copies of the ORIGINAL AUTHORIZATION, copies of the invoices they said they mailed on March and and a copy of the collection letter they said they emailed Jan of I have no records or documentation to support what they are saying They can not supply the check number and date of the original payment they said that I made in They bank statements show no payment to Your Listing nor any amount of $ I cancelled Oct Therefore, I do not owe them anything at this time.All other advertising companies that I deal with have a written, signed authorization Nothing is done with just a verbal authorization.Sincerely, [redacted]
