The communications I received from the Revdex.com regarding the above referenced complaint indicates that the status as"Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." This is incorrect. The contractor has not addressed the issues raised in the complaintThe Contractor stated that "We acknowledge Mr ***'s concerns, and we will address them as promised.There are no guarantees to reconcile.We simply want to satisfy our customer." but has taken no action to address the outstanding issues. The outstanding issues are warranty issues related to workmanship which the contractor has acknowledged but he has made no effort to resolve them. Pleae change the status of the complaint to "Open - Contractor has not addressed warranty issues.Thank your for your cooperation.We certainly hope that Mr*** will honor his contractual obligations and address the warranty issues that we have shown him.*** ***
