Yes, I received the check for the 6 bags of popcorn I purchased yesterday. Thank you so much for your help and cooperation ion order to resolve this problem. It just disappointing that they they wanted to give me the reimbursement at the beginning.
Please tell them if they still want copies of the popcorn bags. I will be glad to send it to them.

I hope you are doing well. I'm writing to you because I have a problem with this food company I can't take anymore. I purchased 6 bags of Herr's popcorn. I paid $0.99 cents for each one. I bought it in a store in [redacted],New York.

The popcorn has bad taste and I read in the bags that the popcorn has a product guarantee and they will send replacement coupons if there is something wrong with the product.

I called the company several times but nobody was returning my phone calls. Finally,someone called me back on 08-18 and I called back the person today and the person told me that she can't only send me coupons that worth $0.35 or $0.40 cents. I told her that this was not right because I have spent $0.99 cents for each bag and the coupons she was going to send me were of less value to the price I paid.

I asked to speak with the director of the company and she refused to transfer me to her. I also left my e-mail address for someone to write me but nobody ever answered my concerns.

This is not right. The food company promised a product guarantee and now they are refusing to honor this guarantee. This is not right. I'm a good customer of this food company for several years and I don't deserve to be treated like this.
