Review: [redacted] of Erie PA was hired and paid in full to provide concrete work. Work was never completed after 10 months. We contacted him over 15 times with only excuses why work was not completed. We paid $1000.00 but no refund was issued after we cancelled the contract. He now won't return calls. His address and mailbox have been removed from his property. Letters through the post office get returned.
