Hershey Dental Care

I've been going to Hershey Dental Care for over yearsI went for my month folland she mentioned I had a small cavity but never said it needed filledI was having some tooth pain weeks later so I called and they got me in that day to evaluate itI was told I had a cavity and that I was supposed to get the cavity from weeks ago filled AND that I have a cavity from a visit that was never filledI've been going for check-ups since and this cavity was NEVER mentioned to me which I found very oddSo now I have three cavities that need filled but when I tried to schedule the appointment for the fillings they couldn't get me in for another weeksI felt like that was too long to wait so I called a different dentist and they were able to get me in the same dayI met with the new Drwho told me I didn't have a single cavitySo I went from being told I had at Hershey Dental Care to not having anyI truly believe Hershey Dental Care tells their patients they have cavities to collect the insurance moneyI have never had a good experience there in the the years I've gone thereAlso, the new Drasked me if I ever have any problems with the cavity Hershey Dental Care filled a few years ago in regards to getting food stuck between my teethI said yes actually all of the time and sometimes it's really hard to dislodge the food which results in painApparently, Hershey Dental Care did not fill it properly so I now have to get that fixedI think somebody needs to look into how often Hershey Dental Care is telling their patients they have problems that need to be fixed when there was never a problem to begin withI had a lot of emotional distress from this ordeal and am afraid of how insurance will handle having two dental visits in one day

I've been going to Hershey Dental Care for over 4 years. I went for my 6 month follow-up and she mentioned I had a small cavity but never said it needed filled. I was having some tooth pain 4 weeks later so I called and they got me in that day to evaluate it. I was told I had a cavity and that I was supposed to get the cavity from 4 weeks ago filled AND that I have a cavity from a 2013 visit that was never filled. I've been going for check-ups since 2013 and this cavity was NEVER mentioned to me which I found very odd. So now I have three cavities that need filled but when I tried to schedule the appointment for the fillings they couldn't get me in for another 3 weeks. I felt like that was too long to wait so I called a different dentist and they were able to get me in the same day. I met with the new Dr. who told me I didn't have a single cavity... So I went from being told I had 3 at Hershey Dental Care to not having any. I truly believe Hershey Dental Care tells their patients they have cavities to collect the insurance money.
