Unfortunately as of Jan 1st, 2018 this patient's insurance decided to work with a provider other than Herslof. Service needs to be through that provider. Because of this, we have refunded the payment that the patient has made in full. The patient's new benefit is fully available and not affected by... the cancellation of the 2017 pair. We regret any inconvenience that this has caused but we have refunded the patient their payments and know that their new benefit is available to them.SincerelyPaul [redacted] Herslof Opticians

We do regret the breakage that occurred but our policy does state and she was told that we cannot be responsible for loss or breakage of a frame when we are using a patient’s old frame for new lensesWe do regret the breakage and we would be willing to offer $off any of our frames as a

Review: I provided Hersolf with "Bebe" frame glasses that was purshused at another eye glass company place because Hersolf doesn't carry the frames thatI like. I've been going to this hesolf location for over 5+ yrs and never had a problem. I had my annual exam like I always do, provided them my glasses to fill my prescription in the frames I provided. Went to pick up my glasses only to learn that they were broken and Hersolf doesn't plan to replace them. They wont do anything about itDesired Settlement: I would like them to do one of the following: Change their policy, replace my glasses or provide me a pair of glasses that is equal to my glasses that was broken

Review: I keep getting a bill for $500.00. I have received a bill every month since July. They verified my insurance before even ordering glasses and now they keep billing me for something that is covered by my insurance which became effective on June 18, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like this billed to my insurance company who will pay it in full. I would also like to be compensated for my inconvenience with a gift card or store credit.

This company use to be top shelf. It has turned for the worse. Every location I have interacted with has been blatantly incompetents and in some cases rude, nasty and unwilling to assist. This attitude was found mostly in the Vision Mart locations inside of the Pick N Save store.
I was told in Vision Mart that they could not repair a pair of glasses purchased there that only needed a screw. I was told also that they couldn't give eye exams anymore. They could only make them.
I got an eye exam. Took the RX to Herslof's on E Capital Dr. I have yet to get a correct pair of glasses. Another thing a long story. ...... The saga continue. I'm sure I'll have to get the Revdex.com involved to get the pair of glasses I'm currently due. This First pair turns my visions into a "Twghtlight Zone" experience!!

I went to Herslof in Whitefish Bay because it was on the bus line in a convenient location. The receptionist was very rude, but the doctor was fine. When I paid for my exam, I prepaid for contacts as well. Because of some family emergencies, I didn't have a chance to order my prescription. Now, I have requested a refund on my contact payment and my prescription, neither of which they will give me, because the original visit took place too long ago. However, they have offered to re-examine my eyes and charge me for another office visit. When I called their customer service line to ask for help, they were also quite rude, wouldn't answer my questions and informed me that they "didn't know what I found so complicated". I would not recommend this business to ANYONE. I will be going to another store and will not go back.
