previous attempts to contact us were unsuccessful because of our email address change. I have reviewed the file in question. The collision repairs to the vehicle in question were very extensive. The frame, body, and mechanical systems were all affected. Our diagnoses and repair was completed in a reasonable time frame considering the severity. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Review: I've requested the return of old parts for my vehicle repairs. When picking-up the vehicle, I was informed that there was an internal miscommunication and the mechanic tossed away my old parts. When the body shop manager got involved, the parts were searched for, located and delivered to me. However, all the bulbs from the headlamp were gone and I cannot reuse (or sell) them as I've planned. I'd like to be reimbursed for the loss, please.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed for the loss, please.

Review: I dropped my 2008 [redacted] off at Herson's Collision Center for body work on April 1. It's now 17 days later and the work has not been completed. The only thing I know is there is a mechanical problem. Repeated calls to Herson's doesn't resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I would like my car back and $500 deductible zero'd out so I don't pay anything for the body work.
