I definitely wasn't happy wen I left the second time she did not try the curling iron on my hair and Dana told me to take a straighter and try to resell it! They did nothing to even try to make anything work for me and the receipt says no refund exchanges within days and when I looked online to see what I can get for the curling iron the same products are sold online for 20$ when I paid 100$ I definitely feel ripped of!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe truth is , I was not informed directly that they did not honor refunds, and I knew within a day or so to request to return, The magr was rude, they said they never return for full ammt, and why take an exhange when the products are not satisfactory!! that was not an option for me I really do not expect any resolution, but they have a negative attitude to this customer almost all business will will offer refund and want customer satisfaction I did not have the product a month Also I was mislead by one of the sales associates I cannot expect anything more from these people They have low overhead with a pagodat/kiosk setting in a shopping mallthanks for trying to help this is the first time I ever contacted the Revdex.com and I hope the last that I will need It is good your agency is there to mediatesincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Donna at business and the following was relayed: Our policy is posted on every corner of our kiosk. There are no refunds and exchanges must be within 14 days. The customer came back twice to buy the product. The 2nd time she had it for over a month. I offered to exchange for her for any...

other product even though it was over 30 days. The customer did not accept, there are no refunds per the posted policy.

her hair with it and showed her, she said she did not like it. On the kiosk and the receipt it clearly states no refunds, only exchanges within 14 days. For customer service, we did exchange the straightening brush for a curling iron. I can provide a copy of the exchange receipt if needed.

While in the mall with my family, the guy that works there approached my wife and stated that "he can make her beautiful." My wife took offense to what he said and voiced how she felt to me. We kindly denied the demonstration from him and went along with our day. As we were walking by the kiosk again, he approached her with the same "sales-pitch". My wife kept walking and I walked up to him and told him again that we were not interested and that he was rude and offended my wife. He attempted to back track his comments and I proceeded to state that there was no way that he could make my wife more beautiful. He then stated that "I didn't have the money to spend and was too cheap" this created an altercation by him and myself. He then kept yelling and making comments as we walked on and called mall security. We went on with our day but had many other shoppers come up to us and state that he was wrong for what he had done. Completely immature and rude experience. Very ignorant with his sales pitch.

Review: HerStyler operates a few kiosks within the Yuba City Mall. A very savvy smooth-talking salesman convinced me to purchase a flat iron hair styler, an exfoliate and skin cream. Items weren't marked with prices. The prices seemed very high. Buyers remorse prior to even leaving the shopping area. Oh, no you'll do fine, just come back if you need lessons, I'll help you. Got back to the mall within a week to return the items. I was told no refunds, only exchanges. I said it isn't posted anywhere and no one told me of that prior to purchase. Sales person pulled out a very small No Refunds sign that was tucked away in a discreet spot. Then she said its also on the receipt. The credit card receipt that I signed did NOT have any mention of refund/exchange policy. They stapled the credit card receipt to an UPSIDE DOWN receipt that was stamped no return. But I didn't even know that then because the receipt wasn't given to me, it was tucked in the bag with product. And I explained that the items were really too costly and I really needed to exchange them. I explained that I discovered I had 2 flat iron hair stylers already at home that I'd forgotten about and 2 very similar skin care products as well.Next she called her manager on the phone who said they were not returnable. I told her I felt duped because everywhere else in the mall, all items are returnable, there was no visible posting and I wasn't told that I couldn't return the items before, during or after the purchase. She let on that sometimes, if its the same day, they will return items. So they DO give refunds, they just chose not to give me a refund. She told me to call the manager the next day, [redacted] at XXX XXX XXXX between noon and 5pm. It was a very short call. He said no refunds. I just went out to get the receipts and found the second receipt has a different business name. Dead Sea Skincare. Operated by the same group.
