Hertless Air Conditioning & Heating Mechanical Corporation

Dishonest company. Was connected to this business through our home warranty agency. After 2+ weeks of waiting and waiting, and a lack of timely responses and updates from this business, was told that the part was due to be delivered on a given day, then two days later was told that the part was on backorder from the manufacturer. How does something that's en route suddenly end up on backorder? Called the home warranty company to complain, and their records indicate that the Hertless folks claim they have all the parts and just need to schedule an appointment. And Hertless stopped returning their calls too. Lies, lies, lies.
