I ordered a pair of trousers from Hertling on 01//2020. I received an order confirmation and an order ***I have not yet received the trousers, nor have I gotten any shipping or delivery information. Nothing from Hertling after confirmation on 01//2020. I sent several messages to Hertling from their website, *** but I get no reply. I also called their phone number several times, but get no answer or way to leave a message. I don't know if they are still in business or not.
I received an email from Justin at Hertling. He apologized for the delay and has sent me a free Oxford shirt and Khaki pants for the delay. I should receive the flannel pants in a week or so. I will let you know when I get them.
