Chevrolet of Dover committed fraud after I signed my contracts. The 1st time I signed my contract a guy named *** who works at Chevrolet of Dover. We agreed that the monthly payments would be $550 after I had got home I get a call from Dms south Llc sting I owe 674. So I told the that's not what was on the paperwork when I signed my contract. So I had to go back to Chevrolet of Dover a few days later and me and *** went in the office where I signed the contract the 1st time. I ask him why he changed the information on the contract after I signed. Then I took the original contract out his hand it said $550. I then gave it back so, I signed another contract read over it . It said $550 then I told *** if he changed any thing on the contract again I would get a lawyer and pursue criminal charges.*** came put with a contract that had my signature change It was the one for $674 I keep that copy. After I signed again the contract saying $550. I get another call from Dms south Llc saying my payments were $643. This was the second time *** changed information on the contract. I paid it for about 10 month till I found legal representation and told the to take there car back because *** committed fraud two times . Now there trying to destroy my credit to cover there criminal activity. And also saying I owe them $12,000. I don't owe the anything I've been harass by a GM Financial for 4 months when I have no clue were they came from. I don't owe no one anything I payed all my payment on time and I also done a trade in on this car I lost out on. And *** changed many other numbers on the contract putting a $10,000 buy out which no one has ever heard of for a car. I feel this company has racial issues and try to take advantage of hard working black . While they sit on there butts and get over on the government as they scam hard workers

There are 3 changes between the contracts:

1. Sales price, up $91.80

2. Payoff supplied to us by the client was wrong and had to be corrected, it went down $820.98

3. Interest rate went down from original quote

I have 2 work sheets signed by client and product was also bought by client. The 2 sheets are two different cars as well. I acknowledge one was for 575 and the other for 675 both signed by the client. The clients contract is for 643 which he acknowledges, I have all docs signed how would you like to proceed?

I purchased 2 extended warranties from dealership. One was an extended warranty from that dealership only and the other warranty was protection against incidentals like scratches and dings on car which I was also told was done at the dealership. I attempted to get information from dealership with issues I was having and was told only the finance manager understood how the warranty worked, I attempted to contact him on several occasions with no return phone calls and paid for problems with car out of my pocket and the incidental warranty policy from a company called DING MONKEY is not only not at the dealership but could meet you on a side street somewhere or meet someone in a different state on a side street. I have paid for all incidental work done out of pocket also. I spoke *** (General Sales Mgr) on the phone about the problem and was told that the work I paid for would have been covered and should have brought it in . I also emailed Both Mr. and the President *** for a refund of warranties and to pay for work that the dealership shoud have taken care of

The client has used the Ding Monkey product already and is not entitled to a refund, attached is one invoice, another is in email form that I copy and pasted. The warranty is not an issue, I was instructed to come in and fill the paperwork out. How would you like me to proceed?

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. This complaint is more against Dover Chevrolet of Delaware for falsely telling me I had to purchase an extended warranty and incidental coverage from ding monkey or GMC would not loan me the money for the new car I was purchasing at the rate I wanted. I did not believe at the time that is was true but after talking to the finance manager about the benefits of the coverage agreed to get the warranties. One of the advantages was all warranty work would be done at the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and the incidental coverage from the Dealership for $1852 and Ding Monkey for $685.00 , for a total of $2,537. . As far as the extended warranty from the Dealership the only person at the dealership that knows how it works is the finance manager who on three occasions did not return my calls for information about the coverage. I called about an oil change that should have been covered and I paid for it out of my pocket. I called about a tire problem , not knowing if there was a warranty when the car only had 19000 miles on the car and again no return phone call and spent another $300.00 out of pocket to replace the , only to later find out the tire was covered for 35000 miles and also a windshield I paid $400.00 out of pocket. I would later talk to Sales Manager after months of problems and trying to get help from the salesman who sold me the car that told me once he sold me the car he had nothing to do with it anymore and again not being able to get the finance manager. The Sales manager *** Told that all of the work I paid for would have been covered and I should have brought the car in for the work I paid for. As far as Ding Monkey not only was the work not done at the dealership but potentially not even in the State. As far as the invoice dated 10/17 I met the Dent Guy on a side street and not at a business and he looked at the scratch on the right front fender and told me he did not have the paint to fix the problem and would contact Ding Monkey to have someone else fix scratch and no one ever did call me back and when I called them back was referred to a business in Maryland called Premier Colors and I looked the number up on line and when I called the number I was told by the operator that the number was disconnected . They did refer me to safelite but was told that was not covered under any warranty and paid out of my pocket. I am concerned that a dealership is coercing people to buy warranties they are not going to cover. I emailed ***(Dealer Principle) and *** (General Sales Manager) about my issues and have not received a response. I am now out $2500.00 for warranties I can't get back because according to them you are allowed to sell fraudulent warranties in Delaware and have no recourse, I will never go back to Dover Chevrolet and I don't know where I will take my new 40,000. car for service

I have no problem with the AUL refund, the Ding Monkey you used and I've sent documentation, it is a non cancellable item. How would you like to proceed?
