Thank you for you r recent inquiring regarding our customer, Ms*** *** dated July 15, 2015.Our customer purchased a Nissan Rogue with an Extended Service Contract April 11, This contract is administered by Commonwealth and states that the customer must request a refund
within days of the expiration date which was March 10, Ms*** contacted us prior to the expiration date and was given instructions on how to request her refundUnfortunately, Ms*** did not request the refund from Commonwealth until June 5, 2015.Upon contacting us in reference to being declined for her refund, we offered Ms*** a $cred it towards the purchase of another vehicle as we are unable to change the processes/guidelines associated with the contract administered by Commonwealth She declined this offer stating she was out of the country and was unable to send the letter.If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at ***

Thank you for your recent inquiring regarding our customer, Mr*** *** dated July 5, 2016.We contacted our customer and discussed his concernsHis first concern Involved the bumper repairs that were part of his purchase agreementWe attempted on multiple occasions to schedule
the bumper repair,however we were unsuccessful and since then, Mr*** agreed to accept $good will check In lieu of the bumper repairsHis second concern involved the pay-off amount of the total loss vehicle; we paid as instructed by Dover FederalIt was determined later that the payoff amount was correct; however It did not Include the deductible which was the responsibilfty of the customer's Insurance companyThe customer acknowledged that this Issue was not our responsibility after finding out this information and Isseeking resolution on his own.If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter,please feel free to contact me at ***

I took my car to Hertrich Nissan of Dover in Nov to get an oil changeThey recommended to get my battery replaced and I stupidly agreedI wasn't smart enough; I was being cheap for bringing my Acura MDX to NissanAfter a year, I had trouble starting my carI would get a jump from co-workers and friends just to get my car startedOn Dec 2015, I went to Hertrich Nissan for an appointmentI spoke with Amanda Migliocco and I was told that I was not on their appointment listI told her that I spoke with Michael over the phone when I scheduled the appointmentShe had to call Michael to verify and found out that customers were booked on the same time slotI waited for hours, and the mechanic only tightened the terminalI was charged $for the skillful tightening of the terminalAfter I paid, I was told that my car was getting washedI waited for almost minutesAmanda told me that it should be ready outsideWe went outside in the cold and the car wasn't thereShe checked and she said it's getting washed and it will be out in a minute; their minute is equivalent to >minutesMy car came back without a single spot of waterIt was NOT washed at all(The lies begin?) I told the guy who drove my car, "I thought you guys were washing my car?"He said "it's not working!" and turned aroundThe next day, my car wouldn't start againI called Nissan, told them about my experience and asked for the general manager to call meThe general manager I guess instructed the service department supervisor, Tom, to call meI was able to bring it back on Dec and the terminal was replaced for no chargeThe problem was not solved thoughI asked my friend who used to work as a mechanic in Nissan Florida to check my carHe tested the battery and told me that the battery was not holding a chargeOn Dec 2015, I took my car back to Nissan and told them what my friend told meThey did a REAL test this time (they claimed that they did a battery test in previous visits) and the battery test showed a "FAIL"I only used my lunch break hour to get this checked and I had to go backTyrone told me that the Parts Department need to see the "FAIL" battery test report to approve the replacement of the batteryI had to go back to work so I asked him again when it's going to be doneHe said they already started replacing the batteryWhen it was getting close to 1:00P.M(time to go back to work), I asked againTyrone told me that they have to order the battery and will just call me when the battery comes(Another lie?) The next day, I called around 1:00P.Mas they haven't called meTyrone said they called me and left a voice message to notify me that the battery has arrived(More lies?) I told him I never received a call nor a voice messageI asked him what # they called, he told me some made up #After giving them my phone # several times, it should've been updated in their systemI came and got my battery replaced for no charge on Dec NOTE: I was not handed any paperwork for the work doneI would've asked for a receipt if I paid, but since I was not charged, I didn't careOn Jan 2016, my car wouldn't start againI thought maybe because it was just coldOn Feb 2016, it didn't start againI would need my car to get a jump for it to start everydayBased on the test that Martel Foreign Car Center did, my battery (Nissan battery)is not holding a chargeAgain?! I called Nissan on Feb 2016, told them the issue and I told them that they just replaced my battery on Dec I spoke with Kristin and she told me that they don't have any documentation that my battery was replaced in Dec She stated that there was a documentation that it was replaced in She also mentioned that my Nissan Sentra was serviced there in I got so frustrated and told her that my Sentra was sold in I told her that Tom, Service Department supervisor, should remember and she said that she just talked to him and he denies having it done for my carI called again the next day and spoke with TomHe firmly denied that my battery was replaced there in Dec I told him that guys were actually helping me, Tyrone and Isaiah, during that timeHe said "You only dealt with Amanda! I don't know what you're talking about! You didn't deal with a guy!"They're making it seem like I'm insaneI'm pretty sure they have cameras if we really need to go back to that date to prove that these people are bunch of liarsOn Mar 2016, I went back to Nissan and spoke with IsaiahHe was able to pull the documentation of when they replaced my battery on Dec Tom, Service Department supervisor, was just standing thereHe didn't even try to approach me or apologize for his liesI'm militaryI will not submit a claim and jeopardize my career! THIS PLACE IS HORRENDOUS! NO INTEGRITY! I will NEVER recommend this to anyone!
