Manager claimed keys were lost for blue Honda accord,however, car was listed for different prices on the internetNo one apologized after waiting for more than hoursThat is poor customer service

A week ago I scheduled to have an oil change done on my carI had the appointment set up for 8:AMI arrived at 8: I was asked if I would be dropping the car off I said yes and then I was asked when do I need the car I said as soon as possible I returned to the dealership to see the status of my car at noon I was told the car was not readyNo body was in the shop working on cars! I was told those who wait with their cars are taken back first! So why have an appointment?!?!? The answer did not make senseI was told appointments are only to make sure a technician is on site to receive the vehicles and check them in! No sorry nothing! Total waste of my time!

Review: I bought the car in June and Paid in full with cash the day I bought the car. They made me wait from 9 am until 4 pm to get my car when is already ready. I am a new York state resident and my boyfriend lives in Delaware. They told me if I bought the car in my name I could just sign it over to him and he could register it. 3 months passed and I never received my title and my temporary registration expired. They told me too bad and I would have to wait until another one came in weeks later. I called corporate the next day and they extended my registration until the title came in. Two weeks later the title came in and it wasn't in my name. It was still in the previous owner's name. They were supposed to do the title work so I had a new title in my name. Now I am unable to sign my car over to my boyfriend to register it and it will cost me at least 1000 dollars to register it with new York tax. On top of that they sold me a faulty vehicle with many problems including the a/c not working so in order to smooth things over they offered to accept my car back and let me trade it for something else. I took my first day off in over a year to drive to deleware to do the trade. When I arrived mike londeen(spelling) did not return any of my phone calls and when I called the office they said he was in meetings. Now I am stuck with a car I can't sell unless I get a new title which takes three months or register it in new York which I don't have the money for. They made me promise after promise and in a few days I will be totally out of transportation. I need your help. I would like to either give my car back for a full refund or trade it in with a title in my name. Please I really need your help!Desired Settlement: Either a refund or exchange with a title in my name

Manager claimed keys were lost for blue 2012 Honda accord,however, car was listed for 2 different prices on the internet. No one apologized after waiting for more than 2 hours. That is poor customer service.
