Kia Soul from dealership,Capitol Mazda. The vehicle was financed with Ally bank and an extended warranty was contracted and signed by be for 7 years with Portfillio Protection through dealership upon purchase.
Approximately one week later the vehicle was making a moderate noise coming from the engine and the breaks seemed to not work right. I brought it back to Hertrich to see what might be the issue and was told that nothing was wrong after inspection.30 days later around September 2019,noise got louder and the breaks seemed to get worse. I brought the vehicle back to the Hertrich, again after they examined the car they reported back to me that the vehicle normally makes that noise specifically that model vehicle. I tried to ignore the noise and it only got from worse to unbearable, and embarrassing.
Around the end of March I brought the vehicle back and reported the vehicle to be serviced with an oil change , check the breaks and reason for the loud noise from my engine. I was told I had to leave my vehicle at the dealership for a few hours for inspection and oil Change.
A few hours later the Service advisor reported back to me via Phone call that I needed To have my vehicle towed to Hertrich's Kia to have a technician look at the car and see if the repairs needed would fall under warranty, either dealer or extended. I was told that my breaks needed to be change and possible rotors and the noise was coming from the engine and it might be a belt.
I was given a rental to replace my vehicle under warranty until repairs was done. During my wait, Hertrich contacted me and let me know that The repairs and breaks was not covered under warranty and that I had a charge of around $700 for an oil change, Breaks change, and repairs that needed to be done. I expressed that I was disappointed and That I would like to get another vehicle, It was denied.
Currently its been a month that Hertrich has had my vehicle in Maryland which I had to tow because the engine died.

LAST NIGH I POST A REVIEW WITH THIS RACIST DEALER, AND I LOOK THIS MORNING GOT ERASE , YESTERDAY I GOT THE WORST ATTENTION FROM A RACIST SALES MANAGER, JOHN!! I GUESS HE DONT LIKE LATIN PEOPLE I WONDER HOW LONG TO ERASE THIS ? I TRY TO GET A TRUCK WHO I LOOK ONLINE (STOCK#19567A) MISS KRISTIE LLOYD CALL ME , AND SET A APPOIMENT FOR ME TO GO THERE IN DOVER AT 5 PM (WHO ALSO THE ONLY GOOD THING I GET FROM THIS PLACE IS THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I GET FROM HER) I GET THERE AND ASK TO SEE THE TRUCK ,WHO I NEVER EVER SEE IT SALES GUY TRY TO START SOME PAPER WORK , WHIT ME STILL DONT SEE THE TRUCK AFTER THAT JOHN SALE MANAGER RACIST TRY TO GET MY CAR KEYS TO TEST DRIVE MY CAR FOR USE IT TO TRADE ,WHO IM STILL DONT SEE THE TRUCK!! I WANT TO BUY, I ASK FOR MY KEYS BACK BECAUSE I WILL DONT LET THIS GUY SIT ON MY CAR WITH OUT SHOW ME THE PRODUCT I COME TO SEE FOR BUY IT HE SAY FINE ,GIVE ME THE KEYS AND SAY BAY BAY TO ME , LIKE THAT NO EXPLANATION NO APOLOGY I WALK OUT THIS PLACE

On Feb 20 my car went into the shop because it wouldn’t start. I was advised that the keys needed to be reprogrammed after they did a diagnostic. I paid for the car to get repaired and approx 30 days later the car did the same thing again. I called the shop and had the car taken back in on March 20th. During this I never got any updates or phone cars about the car. I called and had to show up before I finally was told the car was not communicating with them so they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car. They told me that they were waiting to hear from Mazda to determine how to troubleshoot. They had the car over a week when I finally called and they told me I needed 2 new keys, which they need to be programmed which would run me almost $600. I proceeded with the process they order the keys programmed them and I picked the car up on April the 1st. However it is now 12 days later and the car is doing the same thing and all I been getting is the run around. I’m trying to find out my legal rights and how I need to proceed with this matter.

Car I bought did not have features in it that I told saleswoman I wanted in car when she ask me what was the features you are looking for in a mkz , I told her the main feature was navigation, which is the main reason I picked the lincoln mkz, she responded, ok when she bought car around , I looked at it sat inside, thinking that it had all I wanted in the car, she knew I wanted. Nav in it , but never told me it didnt have nav in it, which she did not disclose ,which now I think was very misleading to have me think navigation was in the car, I did not find out till later it didnt have nav in it until I took it in for service, which they told me, it did not come with nav, I call her , left a messsge to call me and told her on a voice mail that it did not have nav, she never called back, I called her manager, after he basically told me I was lying cause shes good at her job , he said he would talk to her, and call me back, never heard from either one of them, which I thought was very rude, since they got the payoff for car the hell with my complaint
