I am rejecting this response because:Once again, the damage...

was caused because of poor packing.  If there was any problem with the job, that should have called to my attention at the time the packing was done.  This did not happen. Obviously, [redacted] Moving does not want to take responsibility for their poor service.  I am only asking to be reimbursed for the amount charged for the job, not for damages.I hope anyone who hires [redacted] Moving Company will know that they do not stand by their work.
