Hertz Rent-A-Car

I was late for car pick-up. Couldnt call them because no reception. The next day the car was flat-out refused. Money gone! Had to get a car at another company down the street, at the spot.
Of course, you always have to give your tel.number, but they never call YOU.
What an awful, awful way of dealing with your customers!

I rented a car with Hertz and they charged me twice for the PlatePass service (which I was told would not be charged if I paid tolls with cash)
