Hertz Rental

Worse experience of my life with hertz… Tried getting a car on a Monday they advertise that they can pick you up, but they said they couldn’t on Mondays so I change my reservation to Tuesday instead, than proceed to tell Tuesday that there was no one available to pick me upFinally, I got someone to take me there and pithe carTold the person on the phone all the information he required to do his job, somehow he didn’t write anything downI was supposed to return the car back Saturday morning, called the hertz where I was supposed to return the car, their phone was disconnected??? How can you have a business with no phone? Talk to corporate Hertz and spend over hrsno one was able to resolve my problem

This has been the worst experience from any rental car company I have ever hadFrom start to finish this has been a nightmareI had the unfortunate encounter with the Las Vegas airport return center that charges for another day for being slightly late even though I had confirmed that my rental was extendedThe associate at the counter was completely incompetent, rude, and claimed her years of experience was enough for her to know that nothing can be doneWell, you look like you just started working with about months of experienceI had the pleasure of renting from S [redacted] with a Cadillac XTS that was the same price and actually had customer service that was pleasant from start to finishI know where I will be going from now on and recommend anyone else to stay away from HERTZ like the plague

This has been the worst experience from any rental car company I have ever had. From start to finish this has been a nightmare.
