This is exactly my case. They don't acknowledge fault because of the way they conduct business. It all stems from unorganized & unprofessional personnel. They NEVER communicated to me about my repair & why it took months to fix a simple part plus they charged me for a repair that I didn't agree to in the first place. After that the technician was rude & unapologetic. I have told my story on many other media sites plus *** about how poorly the service is & to steer clear of that place

He stated that the customer brought his unit in for repair under the impression that it was a warranty issue, but it was...

not. There are other things written in the complaint that are not true, but he did not want to get into a "he said she said" and was going to leave it at that. As a certified technician he determined this was not a warranty issue and therefore the customer was charged as such.

Review: I had taken my chainsaw in for warranty repair BEFORE the holidays and a series of problems started. A lady from the store next door took down my info (which was very frustrating) because the technician could not be found. I kept calling back in December & January to find out the status & again no info could be received & the tech not found. No return phone calls received. After more calls I finally got somebody to tell me the chainsaw was ready but the paper work wasn't done. I drove 40 minutes to pick up the unit only to meet the "repair guy" who was extremely rude & argumentative. He demanded the part was not covered & I had to pay. I was never told the part was not covered & given an estimate. Here is my summation: First, the business & personnel are very unprofessional & unorganized Second, The unit took 2 months with no calls about the status Third, I had to wait for the paper work to be done while listening to him rant & rave over why I have to pay. Forth, no apologies about what took so long over a 30 minute repair & not one reason why he didn't return any calls.Avoid the place - you will not be treated properly!!!Desired Settlement: I'm not so much worried about the money, it's the process and handling of the whole repair. A phone call with apologies from the "repair guy" is the least acceptable.
