she could give information regarding what her reservation number was. She was insulted by that. I explained she had paid and we picked her up for the return trip to the airport. She did not let it go and was calling and yelling. She spoke with me directly and I assured her, as the owner of the company, that everything was ok. We value her business and if there was anything that we could help her with we told her to feel free to call us. She never let the issue go.
