Hesperia Speedwash

Went into Car wash on 7/18/20 and got stuck in the car wash for 10 minutes when they shut off the tunnel. while this is going on I had my anxiety building and no would tell us what was going on instead the "Manager" decided to sit there and talk to the people on the outside of the tunnel not even checking on anyone inside while I have a panic attack. I called in and tried to see what happened and after 5 phone calls the manager giggling the entire time doesnt really care. I messaged their corporate office and talked to Walter who is "Guy in charge" who was absolutely rude telling me hes going to cancel my membership and doesnt care about my anxiety.

I had my vehicle washed and waxed by this business and during this time, my car was damaged. License plate was deformed and a gash was created on the grill. This took place on Monday, 10/14 and the manager, Tino, refuses to call me back. An employee by the name of *** refuses to share the video of my car entering and exiting their service area. He claims they do not believe that their business created any damage and that the incident didn't happen. I have photos of the damage and of their employee trying to fix the damage. This wouldn't have been done, if they didn't believe they were at fault.
