Hess Commercial Printing

Review: I had purchased business labels which was paid in full from HESS PRINTING on March 23, 2015 - after 4 weeks I had not heard back from Hess Printing so I emailed them for a status update. I never heard back from them. I then called and spoke to Manager Shannon C[redacted] who informed me they were having issues with the vendor and she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. Another month had passed no communication what so ever.

I called again week of May 11th and was told (by Shannon) that if I didn't receive the labels in a week I would not be charged and still receive the labels. Another 2 weeks had passed without a phone call or an e-mail, so I called again. This time I was informed that she was going with another vendor and should have my labels in a week or so, again no response so I sent an e-mail and cancelled my order. In the email I stated for her to please respond to my email so I knew she received it.

So I called her again on July 3rd and she tells me yes she received my email and when I asked her why she didn't respond like I said IN THE EMAIL she said she was busy. A whole month had passed and she was too busy to respond to me. She did say that since it was a holiday she would not be able to reimburse me until the week of July 6th.

I waited until July 22 and called her again and she said I should be reimbursed by Friday 7/24/15 - which I was not.

This has been just a horrible customer service experience. I had called for the owner twice and was told both times he was not in. Maybe my $200.00 order was not large enough to get the desired results. All I want is my money reimbursed to me from March 2015. It is almost August and I have not had 1 call back or email in regard to this. And I will look elsewhere for any future printing needs.
