I ordered a hes s toy truck and didn't get any confromation, so I ordered it again. Later my back showed I paid for two.I was told to return it and pay 9.95 for the return.After 18 text back and forth,I called customer service. I explained what happened. I have never been spoken to like that from a customer service.she was hateful and mocking me, and said we paid to send it to you you pay us to send it back to bad that's how it is.They lost a customer

Review: Two issues, first, my son purchased 6 toy trucks and four were defected, as claimed on website I sent back the 4 damaged ones and paid shipping charges that on their website says I would be re-imbursed. The order was than credited back ( instead of re-sending NON damaged trucks ) and i was NOT reimbursed shipping charges.

This company fraudelanty lies about reimbursing shipping charges on returns.

Second, I was told to place a new order for the trucks as I have been trying to do so for several days and it always shows me an error page when I do so, I contacted the company and again was told they are doing nothing wrong and are un willing to assist me. This is why I am coming to you as I think this company knowingly defrauds customers.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the return shipping charges I paid and was told ( it says on the company website ) I would be reimbursed. $22.48.

We are in receipt of [redacted]'s claim. She initially contacted Hess to return one damaged Hess truck. Hess authorized [redacted] to return the one damaged truck at Hess' expense. Hess was in the process of sending [redacted] a prepaid return label. Instead of waiting for the prepaid label, [redacted] returned four Hess trucks alleging they were all damaged at her cost. However, three of the four Hess trucks were factory sealed. Obviously, it is impossible to determine if a product is damaged without actually opening the package.

I just left the Hess gastation at [redacted] in Newport News VA. I went to the counter to purchase a pack of Newport shorts in a box. The cashier Cheria refused to sell me pack of cigarettes because she thought I was someone who previously was in the store. She said I was with the other party which I was not. I asked her for her name she told me & said her manager was standing right besides her.

Review: I ordered a Hess Toy Truck on 11/*/15…the original order did not go through so I placed a second order. The second order did not go through so I quit trying. Later that day I got an email stating that there was an issue with the ordering system and my credit card was charged for orders placed but I would receive a refund. This email instructed me to re-order. On 11/* I re-ordered my truck and it arrived a couple of days later.

Upon receipt of my credit card bill after placing the two orders on 11/*/15 I discovered that I was refunded for only one of the charges. I have called customer service on three occasions to see if this problem can be resolved and to this day I still have not received the second refund I am due in the amount of $33.47. The three calls were placed on 11/** (spoke with Kimberly), 11/** (spoke with James) and 12/* (spoke with Charles). In all three cases it was explained to me that the person I was talking to cannot rectify my situation and it would be passed on to the credit department that handles discrepancies for action.

There has been no action on my three calls and I am now writing for the fourth and final attempt to rectify this situation and at the same time copying the Revdex.com in NYC, headquarters for Hess Corporation. I am also filing an official complaint with my local Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate the Hess Corporation or whoever handles the Toy Truck program for the corportion attend to my numerous calls regarding their improper billing and unwillingness to refund an amount I am due. I can provide copies of my billing statements since November to prove that I am due a refund of $33.47.
