Very unprofessional. Talks more about himself and goes on and on and wastes your time. He misses his appointments over and over again. Would not recommend to anyone, even my worst enemy. Don't let him waste your time or money.

IN 2012 I WENT TO JAY HESS TO HELP ME OVERCOME A SERIOUS SUGAR AND BREAD ADDICTION. IN FOUR SESSIONS I WAS NOT ONLY IN CONTROL I HAD THE ADDED GIFT OF LOSING 35 POUNDS! I HAVE RECENTLY RETURNED FOR A FEW SESSIONS TO HELP ME STOP SOME BAD EATING HABITS THAT I STARTED TO HAVE AGAIN.

I am so grateful and amazed at my recent experience with [redacted]. I was skeptical at first wondering how a hypnosis could take away my smoking habit of 35 years. [redacted] was very professional and I felt extremely comfortable with him. The personalized CD/meditation track that I am able to listen to was a great tool. I have been a non-smoker since May 06, 2014 and have no to desire, thoughts, or cravings to light one up.

I've been suffering from an illness that's led to constant itching. It's especially bad at bedtime, where I have trouble falling asleep, then soon wake up itching horribly. I met with [redacted], a nice, friendly guy, to discuss my problem. If it were a problem he was used to handling (see his website at milwaukeehypnosis.com), he could have hypnotized me that day. Instead, he asked me to come back next week while he researched my problem. He did not charge me for this first consulting session.
The second time, we discussed my problem some more, then we began. I lay back on my chair, listening to relaxing music and [redacted] soothing voice. The experience was, strange to say, intensely relaxing. It lasted about thirty minutes, and when it was done, I felt relaxed and great. The urge to scratch my skin was greatly reduced. [redacted] was very supportive, before and during the hypnosis. Now, the urge to scratch did return after about a day. It's just part of my illness, which will go away over time (note: my doctor had me take a number of drugs to reduce the itching, but they haven't seemed to help at all). However, [redacted] recorded the session on CD for me. I play it at night, and yes, it does help me fall asleep quicker and sleep longer. That was the main thing I wanted. I will consider seeing [redacted] again if I need help, like when I have trouble falling asleep even when healthy.

My experience with Hess Hypnosis Center was nothing short of a miracle. [redacted] demonstrates an unwavering confidence that if you have a sincere desire to change something in your life with his help you CAN and you WILL be successful. It's this ALWAYS, ALWAYS positive attitude that makes his process so successful. I will forever be grateful to this caring yet humble person for freeing me from a 43 year long addition. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their life.

[redacted] is an excellent hypnotist. Initially I saw him perform a show at my fitness club. It was very fun to watch!
I decided to go see him for some minor anxieties I had such as fear of heights and small spaces. The hypnosis worked so well that I decided to go back for my biggest anxiety- flying. Before I went to him for that, I couldn't even see people on a TV show on an airplane without getting sweaty palms, that's how much I hated flying! Two days after visiting him I had a flight from Milwaukee to Seattle. I was literally in disbelief at how calm I was the night before and on the way to the airport. Even boarding the plane, I was thinking about how my stomach should be in knots and I should be near tears, freaking out. But I wasn't. It was SO amazing!! I highly recommend Jay to anyone who wants help with anything-even if you are skeptical! I was a little unsure myself before I went, but not anymore!
I am going to him again to help me lose the last pesky 20 pounds I can't seem to get rid of. I am sure that the hypnosis will help with that, due to my amazing results previously.

[redacted] is very good at what he does. I have severe issues with public speaking and my job forces me to speak publicly on almost a daily bases. He's an expert in helping with public speaking and other issues such as being more social. He has a very good program.

July 2nd will be a year smoke free. Though I sometimes miss it I am truly grateful for the assistance that [redacted] gave me in quitting smoking. I had an excellent experience with Hess Hypnosis. I am an equity trader and for some time have been wanting to expand my trading activities. Unfortunately there always seemed to be some restraint on my progress and I was never able to pinpoint exactly what the block was. My goal was to forget about the “why” or “what” the hindrance was and focus on allowing myself to move forward. [redacted] took the time to understand me and my goals and applied those ideas directly into the hypnosis session. The sessions were recorded so I can repeat the experience whenever I wish. I continue to listen to the recordings regularly and have accomplished more toward my goals in a few weeks than in the previous year.
