We at Hesters Transmission & Auto Repair, LLC are not going to continue to bicker back and forth with said customer.The customer was specifically asked on two occasions to return his vehicle to our business and we would try to remedy the problemHowever, the customer did not do so and we cannot try to fix something that never shows back upAs the customer stated "for my circumstances no guarantee or warranty", this is for ALL our customersIf there is a warranty or guarantee, they are told verbally as well as it is written on the invoice which they receive a copy ofWe are not singling this customer out, as he is trying to suggestIf the customer wishes to have said vehicle checked out/fixed, he can contact us and we will try to remedy the problemNo further arguments will however be addressed.Thanks, Hesters Transmission & Auto Repair, LLC?

The customer brought in the Nissan Pathfinder and we did work on the valve body of the transmissionThe transmission was never rebuilt or pulled, if so the cost would have been much higherThe work that was done is as follows: pulled valve body and reworked valve body, replaced solenoids, flushed
water out of transmission and replaced transmission external coolerThe customer stated that he just wanted an easy fix and he planned to get rid of vehicleHe also did not want to spend the money to have it rebuilt since it would be expensiveTherefore, to clarify, the transmission was never rebuilt and holds no warrantyAll warranty jobs are strictly rebuilds and new transmissionsThe customer did call our business and was told to get the vehicle back to us and we would try to resolve any issues, whether that be by placing on computer and running codes or doing further diagnosticsThere is no warranty on the work that was done to the vehicle, but we always strive to try to fix the problemsAs far as the reviews go, nothing ever showed up on our business page and Google blocked the review that was leftThis customer states that we have been contacted several times, which is falseThe customer has called twice, the day it happened and two days later when he was told to return the vehicle to us and we would see what we could do to fix the problemThe vehicle has never returned to us, nor has customer called againWe stand behind all work performed at our business and strive to do the best for our customersFor the desired outcome, if the customer wants the transmission "rebuilt" as stated, then that will involve more costs that he didn't want to begin withTo rebuild said transmission, the costs could be anywhere from $to $5000, depending on what is brokenWe were paid for the above service that was performed and nothing moreAgain, the transmission was never rebuilt, therefore there is NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE!
