Review: Hello, I purchased a pre owned refrigerator from this company.we have purchased items from them in the past with great service.They always offer a 90 day warranty on there items. At the time of purchase they delivered and installed our refrigerator which has an ice maker and water dispenser.at the time of install they tod us they needed extra parts to install the water dispenser. So that evening we noticed severe rust at the dispenser overflow tray and after they completed al of the installation, we noticed the ice dispenser and crusher was not operating.We called them out to take a look and they were very nice and said oh it needs a new "ice dispenser tray assembly " something like that.They would order one and replace it no problem. As time goes on I would call and check in on the status of my repair.I would get constant run around,we have it but we got to busy to get to you,then repeated calls with no call backs.so my son got involved and called upset giving an old man the push off.not even the courtesy of returning phone calls.The tech showed up and started working on the rusted area so I went to the restroom and my son went to change clothes when we both got to the kitchen the tech was gone!no word nothing.just a mess on the floor an smell of paint.the ice dispenser was not touched.This is unexceptable.now my two sons are very upset.my oldest is a police officer and recommended I file this complaint. This guy has stalled for so long trying to take advantage of an old usn retired.I served over25 years for our country and to come home to be victimized by our own.Im too old to go through all of this and with technology I dont know how or who to reachoutfor help.I feel he is stalling til the 90 days are up to get out of fixing this.Please,please help me.im trying to calm my youngest son so he doesn't do something dumb.he is upset seeibg his father being disrespected sering our country.I hope you can help.Thank you very muchDesired Settlement: Correctly replacec the part specified or a refund in the amount to purchase that part and I will have it installed professionaly.
